Each year, we strive to create a summer filled with wonder, adventure, and moments that turn into lifelong memories. This year, we invite you to join us as we Capture the Moment! Whether it’s your first camp experience or your fifth, this is your chance to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Safety & Camp Preparation
Whether this is your first time at Girl Scout camp or you're an experienced camper, GSMW Summer Camp will be one for the books as you make new friends and memories to last a lifetime! We believe nothing is more important than the safety and well-being of every camper and staff member. Let's take a look at everything you need to prepare for camp.

Camper Readiness Quiz
Curious about which of our camps is right for you? In our Summer Camp Guide, you can take the readiness quiz with a parent/caregiver to help you choose. After you answer each question, tally up your score and compare that score to our recommendations. Remember, you and your caregiver know your comfort level best!
At our camps, campers build independence, self-confidence, and leadership skills.
However, participants can only reap these benefits if they are emotionally prepared for overnight camps. Prepare your girl by getting her outside regularly, having her stay at a relative’s home, or having her try a sleepover or backyard campout at a friend’s house. If she's not ready for a full week, have her try one of our short week camps.
Camper Not Ready for Solo Camping? No worries! If your camper isn’t ready to come to camp for a solo week, GSMW offers weekend camps that you can attend with a troop leader, mother, or other trusted adult. Check out these camps: GO, Troop, Long Weekend or Family.

About Our Camps
From thrilling outdoor expeditions to creative arts and team-building activities, we aim to provide an environment where campers can explore their interests, build new friendships, and uncover strengths they never knew they had.
CAMP LOCATIONS
June 7 - June 28
Camp Castle Rock (Butte, MT)
Surrounded by aspen groves and rolling hills, Camp Castle Rock in the Little Basin Valley features a historic 1920s log lodge and modern amenities, including an updated amphitheater and cabins.
July 5 - July 26
Timbercrest Camp (Red Lodge, MT)
Timbercrest Camp, in the Beartooth Mountain Range foothills, spans 40 acres along Rock Creek. It features meadows, pine trees, boulders, rustic cabins, tipis, and historic facilities.
July 30 - August 16
Camp Sacajawea (Casper, WY)
Perched on 180 forested acres atop Casper Mountain, Camp Sacajawea has hosted campers since 1936. Once limited to wall tents, it now features a modern lodge, art barn, and yurts. It’s home to unique programs like Silver Spurs, inspiring young horseback riders.
