Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming seeks a Director of Development to provide leadership in designing and implementing fund development strategies.

As a member of the leadership team, this position supports the valuable work and advances the mission of the organization.

The Director of Development is responsible for managing all aspects of grant and public support funding, ongoing partnerships and collaborations with funders, and cultivates new relationships.

A successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, model the utmost level of character, and exemplify future-focused thinking.

The Volunteer Support Manager is responsible for supporting, converting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members by mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and maintaining partnerships to support volunteers, as well as implementing and sustaining excellend customer service. 

The Volunteer Support Manager is part of the larger cross functional team providing customer service and support to established membership. 

The Volunteer Support Manager works collaboratively with members of the Member Services team and cross functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of Council goals.

Community Outreach & Membership Support Specialist (Billings, Montana)

Position: Community Outreach & Membership Support Specialist

The Community Outreach and Membership Support Specialist is responsible for delivering the Girl Scout program to under-served and at-risk girls. 

The Specialist works with community partners to design and deliver Girl Scout curriculum to meet the interest and needs of the girls. 

The support to membership team is directed by the Senior Volunteer Support Manager and will include both administrative tasks as well as direct contact and problem solving with volunteers and parents.

The Retail Sales Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person. 

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all members/customers, both external and internal. 

The Retail Sales Specialist works collaboratively with members of the Member Services team and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of Council goals. 

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for the Council's retail operation at the location of hire. This position is responsible for promoting and stimulating the sales of Girl Scout merchandise while meeting the needs of girls, adult members, employed staff and visitors.

Camp Ranger (Casper, Wyoming)

Position: Camp Ranger
Location: Casper, Wyoming
Status: Regular, Full-time

Under the general direction of the Property Director, the Camp Ranger provides general maintenance and custodial services to ensure facilities and grounds at Camp Sacajawea are well maintained, in good repair, safe, accessible, and utilized effectively. 

The Camp Ranger works closely with council staff and all authorized users or visitors to have a successful and safe experience. 

The Camp Ranger is responsible for preparing and supporting all activities held at the site. The position requires the employee to live on-site to provide 24 hour emergency coverage.
