Volunteer Outreach and Support Manager
Location: Kalispell, Montana
Position Status: Regular, Part-time (20-30 hours weekly)

The Volunteer Outreach and Support Manager is responsible for developing effective lead generation and executing recruitment that results in an increase in girl and adult membership in assigned, established areas, as well as, supporting, converting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members by mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and maintaining partnerships to support volunteers. 

The Volunteer Outreach and Support Manager works collaboratively with members of the Member Services team and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of Council membership goals.

Retail Sales Specialist (Great Falls)

Retail Sales Specialist
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Position Status: Regular, Full-time

The Retail Sales Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person. 

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all membes/customers, both external and internal. 

The Retail Sales Specialist works collaboratively with members of the Member Services team and cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of Council goals.

The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for the Council's retail operation at the location of hire. This position is responsible for promoting and stimulating the sles of Girl Scout merchandise while meeting the needs of girls, adult members, employed staff and visitors.
