GSMW Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming Board of Directors is scheduled for April 27, 2018. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on proposed bylaw changes.
The proposed bylaw revisions include:
- Standard provisions for all tax-exempt entities
- Defines provision for “fair” and “reasonable” notice
- Election of directors
- Terms for directors and committees
- Amendments to Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

Recommendation of the GSMW Board:
The GSMW Board of Directors recommends that the proposed Bylaw changes be adopted as written.
Delegates and alternate delegates serve as the primary communication link between area Girl Scout members and community networks. They also gather opinions about governance matters.
GSMW Council Delegates
Girl Scouts, 14 years of age or older, who are currently registered Girl Scout members, and are in good financial standing with GSMW, are eligible to be delegates. Please consider becoming a council delegate representing your region!
