Horseback riding teaches girls responsibility, patience, discipline, understanding, empathy, compassion, problem solving, and self-control. At the Beartooth Pony Club, girls will be in a supportive and encouraging environment that will help them try a new skill and have fun without pressure or discouragement. This fantastic program covers safety, grooming, tacking-up, care, and feed. Girl Scouts will also receive a beginners lesson in riding.
Girls will get to participate in a fun and interactive environment where they will also learn:

Riding helmets will be provided. Girls will need to have their own boots or shoes with a one-inch heel. At the end of the program girls will receive a fun patch!
