Each year, Troop Volunteers and Service Unit Volunteers assisting with the Fall and Cookie Programs must complete a new Product Manager Agreement.

Troop Challenges
Early Cookie Booth Sign Ups
Troops with 80% of their Girl Scouts participating in the Fall Product Program will be able to secure cookie booths a day early! Qualifying troops will be notified by email on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Troop Sales
Troops that sell $1,500 in total sales from October 3 to November 19 will be entered for a chance to win custom troop hoodies OR a $150 program credit. The troop can decide! Every additional $300 in sales earns an extra entry.
Winners will be emailed and announced in the end of season top entrepreneurs video on Friday, December 19, 2025.
Girl Challenges
Fall Product Program Starter
From October 3 to November 19, make at least one sale during the 2025 Fall Product Program to receive an exclusive water bottle and "Fall Product Program" sticker. Girl Scouts will have additional chances to earn more exclusive stickers to add to their water bottle throughout the program!
Giant Plush Drawing
Sell 7 Care to Share packages to earn 1 entry for a chance to win our giant grizzly bear plush. Every 2 additional packages sold earns an additional entry! Promotion runs October 3 to November 19. Winner announced in the end of season top entrepreneurs video on December 19.
Mags and More
Sell 3+ magazines and more items to earn the exclusive “Mags and More” sticker!
Grizzly Seller
Sell $500 or more in the Fall Product Program from October 3 to November 19 to earn an exclusive "Grizzly Seller" sticker!
Top Entrepreneurs
By November 19, be one of the top 3 sellers overall across the Council, the top seller in your Girl Scout grade level, top in Care to Share sales, or top in your region to receive the exclusive Bear Charm and Top Entreprenuer Sticker.
