Meeting in a Minute Troop Kits

Our new Meeting in a Minute box has you covered! This all-inclusive activity box is designed for your Daisy, Brownie, and Junior troops! The best part? Meeting in a Minute takes the guesswork out of preparing for your next troop meeting. Your troop can look forward to a new and exciting theme, so you can spend less time planning and more time mentoring your girls!

Each box contains all the primary supplies you need to conduct a successful troop meeting:  

  • Creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities  
  • Detailed instructions  
  • Activity supplies*  
  • And snacks!  

*Basic supplies may be required. 

Out-of-Council Orders: If your troop is not part of Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, you will need to pay for additional shipping. When purchasing your kits, please select this option in addition to your activity sets.

Earning the Girl Scout Art and Design badge will teach girls how to find inspiration in daily life, learn different ways to create their artistic masterpieces, and encourage them to share their work with others.

  • Makers are people who use their imaginations to create art and design objects. They might paint, sketch, build, sculpt, or invent a machine! Art can even solve problems and make a difference. 
  • Designers are makers who create objects from toys to buildings. They build, sew, animate, and even cook. They solve problems, too! With this box, girls can make custom string art creations and a trefoil with the included templates.

Boxes are available in the following sizes, and shipping is included:  

  • 6 activity sets $25 
  • 12 activity sets $40 

Please Note: The only supplies you’ll need to provide include paper and pencils/crayons/markers. No alternative box sizes are available. Also, badges are not included, but they can be ordered at the same time and will be delivered in your box. You must order at least one kit per purchase ($25 minimum), please do not order badges only.

Let us help you celebrate Girl Scouts with our easy Meeting in a Minute program. 

With this box, girls will complete a service project for senior citizens, create swaps celebrating the history of Girl Scouts, and make paracord bracelets while practicing their outdoor skills! Girls will also receive the supplies needed to make mug cakes to complete their celebration.

  • Girl Scout Week fun patches 
  • And mug cakes to celebrate!   

*The only supplies you’ll need to provide include paper and pencils/crayons/markers.

With this box, girls will earn their Robots 1: Designing Robots badge. Girls will first identify a problem within their community that they wish to solve. They will then design a robot that can solve this problem and create a prototype. By earning this badge, girls will know how to plan, build, and share feedback like an engineer that helps other people or animals. 

Pre-orders will begin March 1st to be shipped starting April 1st in the order in which they were received.  Boxes are available in the following sizes, and shipping is included:  

  • 6 activity sets $25 
  • 12 activity sets $40
