Every year, thousands of Girl Scouts explore the natural wonders found across our country during the Girl Scouts Love State Parks weekend. Girl Scouts nationwide and their friends and families celebrate our shared love of the outdoors.
This year, near Casper, Wyoming, Girl Scouts and their friends and family have been invited to join the Park Rangers at Edness K. Wilkins State Park for an afternoon of ranger-led fun.
Nestled beside the North Platte River, Edness K. Wilkins State Park is a nature lover's paradise. This area, spanning 362 acres, features a range of exciting outdoor activities. With the help of the rangers, participants will play Animal Track Detective, dissect owl pellets, and go on a scavenger hunt hike! Participants are welcome to stay and enjoy the park on their own after the ranger-led programming.
Space is limited, so register early! Participants will receive a fun patch.
Registration for this event is $8 per girl and closes on August 29th. After August 29th, your program registration is non-refundable.
