GSMW invites our members to a fun event where crafters will create a scrapbook for yourself or for a gift. Girls and Adults will create an 8" by 8" paper album at this fun workshop. Your scrapbook will start with pre-decorated pages for you to enhance with photos, journal entries, and embellishments.
During the program, participants will learn the importance of preserving memories while practicing techniques for safe and fun photo preservation. We will spend the afternoon learning how to use tools to make borders and cut-outs. Scrapbookers can choose stickers and fun enhancements to decorate their pages. We hope to share a fun evening of memories and crafting while we create special keepsakes.
Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors must be accompanied by an adult caregiver or troop volunteer. Cadettes and older may attend without an adult. After registration, GSMW will send you a confirmation email with information on choosing a theme for your album. Each person needs to bring 10 to 20 photos.
Registration for this event is $15 per person and closes on December 1st. After December 1st, your program registration is non-refundable.
