Our new Meeting in a Minute box has you covered! This all-inclusive activity box is designed for your Daisy, Brownie, and Junior troops! The best part? Meeting in a Minute takes the guesswork out of preparing for your next troop meeting. Your troop can look forward to a new and exciting theme, so you can spend less time planning and more time mentoring your girls!
Each box contains all the primary supplies you need to conduct a successful troop meeting:
- Creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities
- Detailed instructions
- Activity supplies*
- And snacks!
*Basic supplies may be required.
Out-of-Council Orders: If your troop is not part of Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, you will need to pay for additional shipping. When purchasing your kits, please select this option in addition to your activity sets.
Meeting in a Minute Kit Options
Shapes in Nature Badge Kit 
This all-inclusive activity box is designed for your Daisy, Brownie, and Junior Troops! The Math in Nature Meeting in a Minute kit will get troops outdoors to explore patterns found in nature and use math to create their own while they earn their Shapes in Nature badge.
Girls will learn about symmetry in nature (bilateral and radial) by observing rocks, birds and trees. They will learn about geometric shapes, fractals, tessellations, and the Fibonacci sequence. Their kits will include materials to create their own spider web, fractal bouquets and sunflowers (to learn about the Fibonacci sequence), and mosaic tile coasters or tessellations sun catchers (to explore tessellations and symmetry).
With support from the Neff Outreach
Fund, a limited number of kits will be available to troops serving
girls in grades K-5th to include the mosaic tile coaster
supplies. This activity will be replaced with the tessellations sun
catchers once funding has been depleted.
Pre-orders have begun and will be shipped starting in September in the order in which they are received.

Robot Design Badge Kit
With this box, girls will earn their Robots 1: Designing Robots badge. Girls will first identify a problem within their community that they wish to solve. They will then design a robot that can solve this problem and create a prototype. By earning this badge, girls will know how to plan, build, and share feedback like an engineer that helps other people or animals.
Pre-orders will begin March 1st to be shipped starting April 1st in the order in which they were received. Boxes are available in the following sizes, and shipping is included:

Art and Design Badge Kit
Earning the Girl Scout Art and Design badge will teach girls how to find inspiration in daily life, learn different ways to create their artistic masterpieces, and encourage them to share their work with others.
- Makers are people who use their imaginations to create art and design objects. They might paint, sketch, build, sculpt, or invent a machine! Art can even solve problems and make a difference.
- Designers are makers who create objects from toys to buildings. They build, sew, animate, and even cook. They solve problems, too! With this box, girls can make custom string art creations and a trefoil with the included templates.

Summer Fun Box
Need a break this summer? Our new Summer Fun box is designed with girl-led activities that will get your troop exploring the outdoors with our easy Meeting in a Minute program!
This nature themed box taps into your girl's creativity and sense of adventure. Delivering a hands-on experience for them and a hands-off experience for you. With this box, girls get to design and make pet rocks, use nature as their inspiration to craft flowers and nature looms, and create clay impressions to make a necklace.
Orders will begin being shipped in July in the order in which they were received. Boxes are available in the following sizes, and shipping is included:

Celebrate Girl Scouts Box
Let us help you celebrate Girl Scouts with our easy Meeting in a Minute program.
With this box, girls will complete a service project for senior citizens, create swaps celebrating the history of Girl Scouts, and make paracord bracelets while practicing their outdoor skills! Girls will also receive the supplies needed to make mug cakes to complete their celebration.
