Our Meeting in a Minute kits have you covered! These all-inclusive activity boxes are designed for your troops. The best part? Meeting in a Minute takes the guesswork out of preparing for your next troop meeting. Your troop can look forward to a new and exciting theme, so you can spend less time planning and more time mentoring your girls!

Each box contains all the primary supplies you need to conduct a successful troop meeting:  

  • Creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities  
  • Detailed instructions  
  • Activity supplies (Basic supplies may be required). 

Out-of-Council Orders: If your troop is not part of Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, you must pay for additional shipping. When purchasing your kits, select this option in addition to your activity sets.

Kitties and puppies and bunnies—oh my! This box includes all the materials girls need to explore animal care, habitats, and responsibility through hands-on activities and creative projects.

As girls complete these activities, they will strengthen problem-solving, creativity, and compassion while learning what it means to be a Habitat Helper who cares for animals and the environment. Upon completion, girls will have earned their animal observer, pet, or animal habitats badge.

  • Dog Treats* – Practice safe kitchen skills while making peanut butter dog treats to share with a furry friend
  • Dog Toys – Use simple sewing and crafting techniques to create durable fleece toys for dogs in your life or to donate
  • Mini Habitat Diorama – Learn what animals need to live and grow by designing a model habitat for your included mini animal
  • Animal Track Matching Game – Build observation skills and discover how to identify wildlife by matching animals to their tracks

* Requires the use of an oven preheated to 350°F for 18–20 minutes. If you have access to an oven during your troop meeting you’ll be able to complete the second meeting activities within your scheduled time. If not, no worries, items can simply be baked later at home!

This box contains all the materials needed to make watercolor bookmarks, a beaded windchime, a Girl Scout Law SWAPS, a Girl Scout Journal, and you’ll get to create your very own DIY patch! The activities in this box will earn you the Girl Scout Week Fun Patch!*

This Meeting in a Minute Box covers three engaging meetings, where they’ll create a pressure sensor, learn the basics of circuits, and build their very own fan-powered car. With step-by-step instructions and all necessary materials included, this box makes it easy to inspire creativity and hands-on learning in a fun and interactive way! They will then design a robot that can solve this problem and create a prototype. By earning this badge, girls will know how to plan, build, and share feedback like an engineer that helps other people or animals.

Earning the Girl Scout Art and Design badge will teach girls how to find inspiration in daily life, learn different ways to create their artistic masterpieces, and encourage them to share their work with others.

  • Makers are people who use their imaginations to create art and design objects. They might paint, sketch, build, sculpt, or invent a machine! Art can even solve problems and make a difference. 
  • Designers are makers who create objects from toys to buildings. They build, sew, animate, and even cook. They solve problems, too! With this box, girls can make custom string art creations and a trefoil with the included templates.

Need a break this summer? Our new Summer Fun box is designed with girl-led activities that will get your troop exploring the outdoors with our easy Meeting in a Minute program!  

This nature themed box taps into your girl's creativity and sense of adventure. Delivering a hands-on experience for them and a hands-off experience for you.  With this box, girls get to design and make pet rocks, use nature as their inspiration to craft flowers and nature looms, and create clay impressions to make a necklace.

Math in Nature
Celebrate GS

The Math in Nature: Meeting in a Minute kit will get troops outdoors to explore patterns found in nature! Using math, girls will create their own shapes while earning their Shapes in Nature badge.

Girls will learn about symmetry in nature by observing rocks, bugs, birds, and trees. They will also learn about geometric shapes, fractals, tessellations, and the Fibonacci sequence. Kits will include all materials to create their own spider web, fractal bouquets and sunflowers, and mosaic tile coasters!

Thanks to support from the Neff Outreach Fund, the cost of this box has been reduced and is more affordable than ever! Limited quantities are available, so be sure to order your box today!
