As a former Girl Scout, Anika stepped up this year to lead a new troop in Hardin where there was a desperate need for girls in the area to access Girl Scouts.
She is always enthusiastic and welcoming to new girls in her troop. Her willingness to serve the girls in her area so they can experience Girl Scouts in the best way makes her a wonderful new leader!

Briana successfully runs a thriving troop in Wyoming's Byron/Powell area. In a community that has needed a troop for a long time, Briana stepped in to provide the girls in the area with an excellent Girl Scout experience!

For the past three years, Danielle has led the Bozeman Service Unit even though she doesn't have a troop or a daughter in Girl Scouts. After her daughter went to college, Danielle and her husband moved to Bozeman for a military assignment. Upon moving, she promptly volunteered to be the Service Unit manager.
Danielle always has new ideas and brings lots of experience.

When Chiara moved to Whitehall there were no Girl Scout troops. She single-handedly started a troop for multi-level girls and has maintained this troop for the last three years. Without her, we would not have Girl Scouts in Whitehall.
She excels in event planning, is involved in her community in many ways, and is always planning something fun to do.

Yvonne has managed our cookie delivery for the past few years and has done an amazing job sorting and getting out over 20,000 packages of cookies in a single afternoon.

When we did not have anyone to help communicate with Council or to receive the fall products and cookies for Butte, Teresa stepped up and became our dependable go-to! Without her, fall products or cookies would not have been delivered locally.
Teresa is an incredible Troop Leader and has been an amazing asset to the Butte Service Unit, making the Girl Scout experience rich for the girls in her area.

The best part? She does it with a positive attitude and a friendly smile!

April took on a group of Daisies and Brownies after a larger troop needed to separate. April worked to build a new troop, connected with her co-leaders and new Girl Scout parents, and welcomed new Girl Scouts into her troop. Troop 3010 is now a community where parents are involved and active with their girls, and the troop is empowered to reach outside of their comfort zone to try new things. This troop community wouldn't exist if April hadn't been willing to start from scratch and build up a new troop!
April has empowered her co-leaders and parents to take a larger role in planning trips and outings for the troop.

Helen does it all as a Service Unit Manager: she organizes cookie season, plans service unit activities, collaborates with other volunteers, and works with other service unit members to foster a strong and resilient Girl Scout community in Eureka.

Bonnie started as a Troop Leader three years ago and role models how to be a dedicated Girl Scout. She is a very busy mom with young children who are all very active in their community and she makes Girl Scouts a priority for her family.

Jody leads separate troops and took on the role of Service Unit Manager last year. She brings lots of Service Unit events to Havre.
Jody is so great at being present where she is. She is a busy mom with a full-time job and volunteers with other children's activities, but when she is at Girl Scouts she is all about Girl Scouts! Her ability to juggle it all is impressive!

Ondrea ran several troops in Montana City and was solely responsible for their existence and success. As her daughters aged out of Girl Scouts, she has since moved from Troop Leader into taking over as Cookie Manager for the Helena area Service Unit.

Nicole ran a troop formation and recruitment in Sidney. She continues to donate her time and energy to growing the Girl Scout community in Eastern Montana and to making her community a better place.

As the leader of the only troop in a small community, she is independent and creative in planning activities and meetings.
Jennifer continues to give her girls opportunities to grow and experience new things in their community and beyond. She's resilient and kind and her community is fortunate to have her!

Kristin excels at being a Troop Leader by making sure everyone is involved and goes above and beyond when coming up with fun troop activities and field trips.
She is so friendly and willing to listen to each girl and helps guide them to do/try their best. Each meeting is so much fun. She is phenomenal with planning field trips and keeping constant communication with parents. Because of her dedication, her Girl Scouts and adult volunteers have a total blast.

As soon as we get the materials for any product season, Angie is always on top of everything including; training, reminders, goal setting, delivery, and preparedness for all actions.
She is always on top of everything that needs to be done, especially when it comes to both fall product and cookie sales. She knows what she is doing and doesn't let anything stop her or the Troop girls. She helps them with their goals and keeps motivating them to go get 'em.

When we first got this troop started, she decided to take the bull by the horns and get everything done and ready quickly so when we were able to register enough girls, she had meetings prepped and ready, location down, training done, and was super excited for everything to get started.
Cassandra's exuberance for all things Girl Scouts is super awesome and we love to see such enthusiasm and commitment from our leaders. She puts her heart into everything that she does and it's hard to not pick up that excitement and run right alongside her to the finish line. She is always willing to reach out and help, a truly dedicated leader and an excellent example for our Sheridan Girl Scouts.

During this cookie season, whenever someone would post that they were looking to buy cookies in the local Newcastle Facebook groups, Morgan would reply with details about how to order cookies from a local Girl Scout. She sprang into action to help people get what they needed quickly while remaining fair to all Girl Scouts.
She is always looking for fun things to do and communicates well with the other local leader. She takes pride in having her troop help do great things in the community while having fun at the same time.
