Earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award by:
- Building your Girl Scout Junior team
- Exploring your community
- Deciding on a project to work on
- Making a plan of action
- Putting your plan in motion
- Spreading the word
It all starts here. Juniors team up with fellow Girl Scouts to explore their community, discover a need or issue they care about, and work together to address it. It’s a chance to create a plan and make an impact on the community they live in.
Introducing fresh ways for Girl Scouts to lead with confidence, mentor others, work as a team, and take action in their communities.
The new Leadership Awards for Juniors through Ambassadors include flexible options that allow girls to explore and shape their own leadership style. The bonus—they’re part of an expanded set of options to fulfill the prerequisite toward earning Girl Scouting’s Highest Awards.
Journeys will continue to count as prerequisites for the Highest Awards until they are retired October 1, 2026.
