Position: Senior Camp and Outdoor Program Manager
Location: Billings, Montana
Status: Regular, Full-time

The Sr. Camp and Outdoor Program Manager is responsible for utilization of the national leadership curricula and customizing, supplementing, and enriching it via community partnerships, resources, and topic area experts to meet the needs, interests, and preferences of current and prospective girl members  for outdoor initiatives. 

The Sr. Camp and Outdoor Program Manager is responsible for the planning, budgeting and implementation of council-wide programming for all resident camps, outdoor expeditions and outdoor learning experiences beyond the traditional troop setting.  This person identifies, directs, and supervises all camp program activities, volunteers, camp staff and campers.

Position: Volunteer Support Manager
Location: Billings, Montana

Did you know that over 20 of NASA’s career astronauts were former Girl Scouts? So, it’s not just about cookies and campfires…Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming (GSMW) is looking for a dynamic and skilled candidate to manage volunteer support in our Billings service area.

The Volunteer Support Manager is responsible for supporting, converting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members by mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and maintaining partnerships to support volunteers, as well as implementing and sustaining excellent customer service. 

The Volunteer Support Manager is part of the larger cross functional team providing customer service and support to established membership. 

The Volunteer Support Manager works collaboratively with members of the Member Services team and cross functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of Council goals.

Position: Office Assistant

The Office Assistant is responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email and in-person regarding facilities and property
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to all members/customers, both external and internal
  • All administrative duties regarding administrative properties, property rentals and fleet vehicles.
