Step into the wild world of ZooMontana for a virtual adventure you will never forget. Girl Scouts will come face to face with some of the zoo’s most amazing animal ambassadors and discover what makes each creature special. From scaly to furry to feathered, every animal has its own incredible story and unique way of surviving in the wild.
There is a chance you will meet animals such as a tenrec, laughing kookaburra, bearded dragon, armadillo, porcupine, or black footed ferret. Time will determine how many animals make an appearance, and if any are busy, resting, or under the weather, they will sit this visit out, but there is always something wild to learn and see.
ZooMontana’s friendly educators will share fun facts, answer questions, and give Girl Scouts a behind-the-scenes look at what it is like to work with animals every day. They will also explain how zoo staff prepared for their careers and the steps they took to land their wild and wonderful jobs. Participants will need access to Zoom on a tablet or computer to take part.
This program is open exclusively to Girl Scouts from Montana and Wyoming. Every Girl Scout who takes part in this unforgettable virtual zoo experience will receive a special fun patch to celebrate their adventure.
Registration for this event is $8 per girl and closes
