Join us for a special Girl Scout–exclusive experience at the Mountain Brook Homestead Foundation! This engaging 1.5-hour program is for girls in grades 6–12 and offers the perfect mix of history, hands-on service, and fun.
Participants will explore the story of Mountain Brook, a historic homestead dating back to 1892, and learn how it has grown into a cherished community space. After discovering its past, girls will work together on a meaningful service project that supports the homestead and helps preserve it for future generations.
Along the way, they’ll enjoy snacks and water and earn a fun, service-themed patch to remember their experience. Parents are welcome to attend and share in this unique opportunity!
The Mountain Brook Homestead Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the historic campus while serving as a community hub. It is home to a volunteer-run library and hosts educational programs, events, and activities that bring the community together.
