Online Meeting Resources

While we cannot endorse or support specific online meeting tools for your use, we are aware of several tools troops and service units are using for virtual meetings.

See below for a list of free and low-cost tools that could be useful to you. We encourage troop leaders to look at these and alternative options and discuss with parents and girls to determine what the best solution is for your troop’s needs.

Your girls can stay connected, continue building their skills, and have a blast no matter where they are. GSUSA has partnered with Zoom to provide these licenses to volunteers at an exceptional discount of only $36 for a full year of service!

There are two types of accounts in the Zoom platform; Basic and Licensed.
A basic user account can be acquired for free through Zoom, however, the licenced user account at the $36 dollar rate can only be acquired through GSUSA’s partnership with Zoom, gsZoom.
