Each year, Troop Volunteers and Service Unit Volunteers assisting with the Fall and Cookie Programs must complete a new Product Manager Agreement.

Pop-Up Challenges
Jellycat Challenge
Every Girl Scout who makes an online sale between November 1-19 will be entered to win a Jellycat plush!
There are three chances to win—one each week!

Each week, one lucky Girl Scout participating in the Fall Product Program will be drawn from that week’s online sales to win. The winner will get to choose their favorite Jellycat—a Beatrice Butterfly, Fuddlewuddle Dragon, or Amuseables Sun. Once a plush is chosen, it’s off the list, so act fast and sell early for your best chance to pick your favorite snuggly friend!
Every online sale = one entry.
The more she sells, the more chances she has to win!
Un-BEAR-ably Cozy
October 17th through 19th, the top seller in each region will win her choice of an oversize bear hoodie or a cozy bear onesie!
Any Girl Scout who sells $100 or more online will receive an exclusive Un-BEAR-ably Cozy sticker to celebrate her achievement.
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Nutty Buddy
Girl Scouts who have $100+ in sales from October 10 to 12 will receive an exclusive “Nutty Buddy” sticker!
The top seller in each region will win a Build-A-Bear set. Complete with stuffed bear, cookie pajamas, Girl Scout vest, and carrying bag!
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

Troop Challenges
Early Cookie Booth Sign Ups
Troops with 80% of their Girl Scouts participating in the Fall Product Program will be able to secure cookie booths a day early! Qualifying troops will be notified by email on Friday, December 5, 2025.
Troop Sales
Troops that sell $1,500 in total sales from October 3 to November 19 will be entered for a chance to win custom troop hoodies OR a $150 program credit. The troop can decide! Every additional $300 in sales earns an extra entry.
Winners will be emailed and announced in the end of season top entrepreneurs video on Friday, December 19, 2025.

Fall Product Program Starter
From October 3 to November 19, make at least one sale during the 2025 Fall Product Program to receive an exclusive water bottle and "Fall Product Program" sticker. Girl Scouts will have additional chances to earn more exclusive stickers to add to their water bottle throughout the program!
